Porch Pay Delete your Porch Pay account
This page satisfies Google Play's requirement for a web-accessible account deletion route. You can also delete your account inside the app under Settings → Delete account.
PorchPay Admin (staff app)
Servicing staff can delete their account in PorchPay Admin under Properties → person icon → Delete my account, or on this page. A staff account is deleted right away. A company owner's account holds other people's loan records, so it is closed by request: sign in below and send the request, and support will contact you within 2 business days to close it.
What gets deleted
- Your login and password
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your saved payment methods
- Your consent records
- The text of messages you sent
What is kept, and why
Your loan's payment ledger is retained in de-identified form. Lending and loan servicing records carry legal retention requirements, so your Servicer must keep a record of what was paid and when. Deleting your app account does not cancel your loan or change what you owe. Your obligations under your contract continue.

Sign in to confirm it's you, then confirm deletion. This cannot be undone.
